SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Fur Reset currently ships to addresses within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING COST

We provide free tracked standard shipping on all United States orders.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after an order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays or an incorrect delivery address.

TRACKING

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact us at furreset@gmail.com as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact furreset@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate. A carrier marking an order as delivered does not automatically qualify it for a refund, but we will assist with an investigation.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

IMPORT FEES

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply to their order.
